Role Code¶
Role codes give context to the indiviudals or organizations associated with the dataset or resource described in the metadata. When assigned on the ‘Contacts’ page of the editor, the roles marked with an asterisk in the table below are used in the generation of dataset citations for resources archived in the Research Workspace DataONE Member Node.
